Ode to My Friends

God has blessed me indeed. I have some incredible friends. I have lost touch with some but it has purpose. I have one friend whom I plan on having til I grow old. I pray our sons are always close. Who knows maybe they will room together in college. One of my friends has recently moved far away, right before she gave birth to a precious baby boy. And the friend who I have had the longest is about to elope! We are at different stages, but God has placed us where we are for His ultamate glory. So to my friends: I thank you. Thank you for helping me through Highschool, thank you for helping me fight depression, and thank you for helping me realize that educating myself was so encredibly important. Most of all thanks for calling me friend. I pray for blessings on you all!

Sad this morning

So we have been trying to conceive, so far with no success. I tested this morning and got a negative. I'm quite disappointed. I know it will happen when God wants it to, but still...I want it now. I just keep asking God to give me patience while he makes everything perfect.

8 1/2 inches

I cut my hair today! I said I wouldnt do it till I got a positive pregnancy test...but I got impatient. I really needed to be freed from all that weight. I love it! I go to Regis Hair Salon here at my mall(yes I take ownership of it hehehe). I love the gal who does it though she is great! Boy was in awe of my hair. He said "you cut you hair!" and he proceeded in a fit of giggles.



I also bought Dustin a new game...yes he is spoiled. But video games help him in a wierd way. They calm him after a long tough day. The game is Devil May Cry 4. He has loved this series from the beginning. So as Im typing this I hear "demon hunting" in the back ground.
Oh dont worry, he knows not to play these games while Boy is around.

Boy's birthday party was great! I can't believe my baby is turning 3! He has such an immagination! I am so proud of him and all he does. Lately he has been talking like a "robok"; that is robot for those of you that dont speak toddler. He prays for a little sister on a regular basis. What a great son he is! I let him know that we are working on it...no specifics. Babies come from God and thats all he needs to know at the moment. Enjoy photos from his party!
